This was my one girlfriend's 3rd visit to the resort so she had emailed her contact prior to our return in order to ask for rooms close together, on the beach end of the buildings and not on the 1st floor. The food is terrible the staff has no idea how to cook or how to present even when I talk to the food and beverage manager he agreed that it is very difficult to find people that know what they are doing.. if you were a Canadian you have to get a PCR test three days prior to departure and we heard many horror stories that up to 10% of people test positive and they were taken away in the middle of the night to a part of the hotel which is far below standards and you were literally locked in your room for two weeks The reason so many people test positive there is because they do not care about any safety protocol everybody is walking around without masks the place is not anywhere near what they advertise it to be. .
